Rosetini Ibrahim, holds a law degree from the University of Parahyangan, Bandung and a Master of Law degree from The American University, Washington, D.C. Rosetini started her own law office, Rosetini Ibrahim & Associates in 1995. In 2002, the law office changed its name to Rosetini, Melanita & Partners. At the end of 2004 Rosetini departed from that firm and started Rosetini & Partners in the beginning of 2005.

Prior to opening her private practice, she was a legal officer of the Jakarta Office of a Japanese bank, a participant of the international attorney program at Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy, New York and an associate at Law Firm Liane Gunawan. Rosetini has much experience in handling corporate, commercial, foreign investment, merger and acquisition, banking and finance transactions, including aircraft financing.

Rosetini holds licenses to practice law before Indonesian courts and the Badan Pengawas Pasar Modal (Capital Markets Supervisory Board). She also holds a license to act as a receiver or trustee in bankruptcy cases. She is a member of Himpunan Konsultan Hukum Pasar Modal (Association of Capital Markets Legal Consultants) and Asosiasi Kurator dan Pengurus Indonesia (Indonesian Association of Curators and Receivers).

Lilian Himawan, holds a law degree from the University of Indonesia, Jakarta. She has a long experience working as in-house counsel and practicing lawyer. She was previously an associate with Law Firm Liane Gunawan prior to joining Rosetini Ibrahim & Associates in 1995. She has much experience in handling corporate & commercial transactions and has assisted many foreign companies with respect to their investment in Indonesia. She also practices in the area of banking and finance, including arrangement of related security documents.

Lilian has a license as sworn translator for Indonesian-English, Indonesian-Dutch and Dutch-Indonesian translation.

Pramu Priyandono, obtained his law degree from the Faculty of Law of University of Indonesia, Jakarta, in 2003 majoring in commercial law. Prior to joining the firm, he was the in-house legal counsel of PT Barito Pacific Timber, Tbk. and an associate of Minang Warman Sofyan & Associates Law Firm (effective from May 2006 the firm merged with Soebagjo Jatim Djarot Law Firm and Blake Dawson Waldron Law Firm Australia). He has been practicing law in the areas of general corporate and commercial matters, investment, shipping, capital market and commercial disputes resolution.

Yuvensius Pranata, obtained his law degree from the Faculty of Law of Tarumanagara University, Jakarta, in 2003. Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate of Nurjadin Sumono Mulyadi Pratanto Law Firm and the in-house legal counsel & compliance officer of PT Prudential Life Assurance (a subsidiary of Prudential Plc). He has been practicing law in the areas of general corporate matters, in particular insurance law, and commercial disputes resolution.

Sally Zulmadjdi, holds a law degree from the University of Indonesia, Jakarta, majoring in Economic Law in 2004. Sally has knowledge of taxation. She has been practicing law in the areas of banking and finance, as well as handling corporate and commercial matters.

Dara Andreani, obtained her law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Atmajaya, Jakarta, in 2006 majoring in International Law. Prior to joining the firm, she was an assistant researcher under SS Edu-Consultant in relation with safety aviation.
