NATASHA A. DE BACK - SEBAYANG, SH, LL.M

Natasha is a graduate from the Law Faculty of University of Atma Jaya Jakarta (2004) and obtained her Master of Laws (LL.M) degree from University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with dissertation “The Rights of and Protection for Indonesian Female Domestic Workers in Malaysia".

Prior to joining Rosetini & Partners, she worked in several top tier corporate & litigation law firms in Indonesia and lastly she also had the opportunity to work overseas with one of the largest Japanese law firms, Nishimura & Asahi for their offices in Singapore as a foreign lawyer.

Natasha has broad and extensive experience in both corporate and litigation matters. She has represented various clients, multinational companies in assisting them in corporate matters such as mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment matters, intellectual property rights, represented Indonesian resort developers in projects with hotel operators to develop hotels and resorts in Indonesia and also in dealings with representatives of various levels of the local government, land office officials and local communities. As to litigation matters, she has represented clients in civil and criminal cases (including corruption cases and commercial litigation) and has enforced foreign arbitral awards in Indonesia as well as represented clients in arbitration cases.  She specializes in corporate law, litigation, arbitration, suspension of payment (PKPU) and bankruptcy.

She is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and is licensed as an advocate. Natasha is also a member of the Indonesian Bankruptcy Receivers and Administrators Association and is licensed as an administrator in PKPU cases and a bankruptcy receivers.
