MIAN MARTALENA JOSEPHINE NABABAN, S.H

Mian graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Udayana in 2024 with concentration in Procedural Law. During her studies, she actively participated in various moot court competitions and achieved first place in the 24th National Moot Court Competition for the Supreme Court Cup, organized by ALSA Indonesia. Since 2022, she has been a recipient of the Bakti BCA Scholarship, which she held until completing her studies.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2025, Mian began her career through an internship program at the Denpasar District Court and subsequently worked at a law firm in Bali, focusing on general litigation. She expands her professional experience at the Firm in the areas of general corporate and investment law.

Mian is a co-author of “Commentaries on Interim Measures and Emergency Arbitration in the New BANI Rules 2025” (BANI Newsletter, 2025) and “Pengaturan Pemberian Bantuan Hukum terhadap Tertangkap Tangan saat Pemeriksaan pada Tahap Penyidikan” (Kertha Negara, 2023).

Outside of work, Mian enjoys going on road trips and engaging in hands-on creative activities such as crocheting.
