PIERRE, SH

Pierre is an Associate whose practice focuses on corporate and commercial matters, capital markets as well as mergers and acquisitions. He advises domestic and multi-national clients on various transactions and regulatory compliance across sectors.

Prior to joining Rosetini & Partners, he worked at a Jakarta-based law firm and briefly joined a financial institution. During his previous roles, he was involved in a wide range of transactions including initial public offerings, rights issues, project financing and corporate acquisitions across diverse industries, conducting legal due diligence and assisting the preparation of transaction documents.

Pierre holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung, where he graduated in 2022.
