RIZKY NATALIA, SH, LL.M

Rizky holds a law degree from Faculty of Law, Pancasila University, Jakarta in 2012 and obtained a Master of Laws degree from Tilburg University, Tilburg, the Netherlands in 2019.Immediately after graduation, she became an in-house counsel of an EPC company, an affiliate of PT PLN (Persero), a State-owned electricity company for one and half years. In this company, she handled various corporate matters, especially transactions relating to construction of power plant.

Before joining Rosetini & Partners in 2019, Rizky was an associate in a boutique lawfirm in Jakarta.  She handled various legal matters and transactions including general corporate and commercial matters, construction, acquisition of shares and assets and transactions involving real estate.  

She  was also one of the guest speakers in a legal training session  conducted by Atma Jaya Business Law Society at Atma Jaya University, Jakarta, where she presented “Law of Contract” to the participants. All of these experiences have given invaluable added value in improving her soft skills as a legal consultant.

Rizky holds a license to practice law in Indonesia and is a member of PERADI.
